We want you to be completely satisfied with your DryGrip™ purchase.

Return Window

You may return unused products within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at Anthony@Drygripcovers.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

DryGrip™ products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic damage caused by regular use.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at Anthony@Drygripcovers.com with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
